Orders placed with Natural1 Organics can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in genuine cases such as damaged, incorrect, or defective products received by the customer.
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
Natural1 Organics reserves the right to investigate and approve or reject refund or replacement requests based on verification.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
